In the mid-1990s, Rhines was listed in Music Row as part of International Management Services, where he worked with country music acts and contributed to artist development during a key period for Nashville’s industry growth.

Jada with many years of experience in the entertainment industry, she has built a reputation as one of the most successful and trusted talent agents in the business. As the CTO, she oversees an impressive roster of touring artists, comedians, and live productions, consistently delivering record-breaking results for both talent and venues.
